Principal Consultant and the Founder of ECONO-ProjectEX
What has been your favorite project and why?
Having been accidentally thrown in an immense high-risk and high-pressure macro level network deployment, I became a Project Manager leading a wide range of ground breaking ICT & Telecom/ Mobile projects for major technology operators across the Caribbean and Central America; 4204+ sites enabling 4+ million end-users spanning 30+ islands. Nowadays, I’m overly obsessed with business (MSMEs) priorities and focused on helping them manage their complex projects, improve project results, take your business from a point of chaos to order and solve your biggest setbacks based on importance, urgency and ROI: Risk & Change Management, Milestones, Productivity & Resilience, Technology Solutions and Channel of Accountability.
Why did you join The PMO Leader community?
I'm presently the Host and Moderator and Organizer of the Digital Transformation Webinar Series. Each episode highlights excellent topics for Project Management, PMO, Digital Transformation leaders and team members to learn more about resources to improve their effectiveness. The webinars are free for all to attend, and the free membership provides access to the recordings.
