Julie holds over 25 years of portfolio, program and project experience across many industries. With strong leadership and an engaging approach, she has a relationship focused style building high performing teams . She is very active in mentoring and is passionate about development of PM communities.
What has been your favorite project and why?
Setting up two different EPMO’s as I was able to talk to everyone in the business, not just a select few (I love to hear people's stories)

Why did you join The PMO Leader community?
Fatima and PMO Joe are great role models in the profession that I love. The concept of sharing ideas and concepts with other like minded people brings me much joy.

Who is someone you’d like to meet within our industry?
PMO Joe (in real life) and pretty much anyone else who wants to talk about all things PMO.

When did you first know you wanted to be a PMO Leader or Project Manager?
25 years ago when I literally fell into it (someone say accidental PM?) Every day is different.

What is something about you not many people know but you’d like to share with the community?
That I am a complete coffee fiend now, however..... I used to hate the taste of it, didn’t have my first cup until I was 30
