Conference Tracks

Everything at this conference maps to one of our four amplifiers: AMPLIFY VALUE, AMPLIFY INTELLIGENCE, AMPLIFY POTENTIAL, AMPLIFY LEADERSHIP.

Conference sessions may be delivered in four languages: English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. All slide decks must be provided in English as well as the participant’s selected language.

AMPLIFY VALUE

The PMO's New Mission

Stop proving you exist. Start proving what's possible. This track reframes the PMO's role. From cost center to strategic lever.

AMPLIFY INTELLIGENCE

AI as Force Multiplier

AI is not the threat — being slow to adopt it is. Practical sessions on how AI amplifies analysis, decision-making, and portfolio insight.

AMPLIFY POTENTIAL

Building Tomorrow's Workforce

The skills gap is real. This track tackles upskilling, talent strategy, and building teams that thrive in an AI-augmented world.

AMPLIFY LEADERSHIP

People, Culture, Resilience

Execution is a people problem. This track focuses on the judgment, trust, and culture that no algorithm can replicate.

Speaker Sessions

Each format has different requirements. Here's what they require:

Case Study

Real org. Real outcome.

Provide an evidence-based use case from a specific organization or problem with measurable results. No generic advice.

All tracks- stories welcome

Requires:

  • Named context — industry or challenge
  • Before/after — what changed and how
  • Quantified outcomes — data preferred
  • Honest reflection on what didn't work

Panel/Fireside

Multiple voices. One sharp debate.

Panel: 3–4 speakers on a contested topic. Fireside: candid 2-person interview. Tight moderator required.

Leadership + Intelligence

Requires:

  • A clear proposition — not just a theme

  • Speakers with differing perspectives
  • Moderator who drives debate, not Q&A
  • No slides — this is live conversation

Practitioner Spotlight

One voice. 40 minutes.

Short, focused, single-speaker. Lower bar than a case study — needs a real story, not a résumé walk.

All tracks- emerging voices

 Requires:

  • One specific moment or decision

  • First-person — your story, not someone else's
  • Tight scope — one problem, one lesson

  • Anonymous submissions encouraged

Workshop/Lab

You build it. In the session.

Participants leave with something — a tool used, a framework tested, a skill practiced. Not a lecture with a worksheet.

Capability (primary)  ·  Others selective

Requires:

  • Hands-on activity — not slides + discussion
  • Clear deliverable participants take away
  • Facilitator mindset — not presenter mindset

  • Virtual-tested before submission accepted
